The Tierra Verde Marina — Attraction in Gulfport

My boat sunk at that marina recently, through no fault of my own. The mechanic (not affiliated with the marina) left the drain plug out. And when this marina says they are not responsible for drain plugs, they won't even look at it even though the rear of the boat is in their face on the forklift, they will put it in the water regardless for an overnight.

Regardless of it all, you would think after being a customer there for 5 years, I might have gotten a phone call to see if we were alright, express their sorrow that this happened, see if there was anything they could do or, I dunno, ANYTHING. The management of this marina was amazing when we brought our boat there in 2015 and has slowly went downhill to rock bottom where it is now. I hope it improved while we are shopping for a new boat. Otherwise, I'd never go there again.

If I could give this place 0 I would! Called , spoke with dock master on phone. Got rates. Told yes they have slips for our vessel available. Two days later we show up . Over half slips are empty. Docks are new . In office we are told they have no slips. The witch at desk won’t even tell us the rates. A man sitting on the sofa pretending he isn’t the dock master. Being evasive. Finally admits the rates are what we say. When I call him out that he is the dock master , Jeremy , he smiles and says everyone is selling me out today. So basically they lie and say they have no space if he doesn’t like how you look. Just run a business and be honest , my time is worth money!...

I have the drycleaner at the marina. For a few months now the management will not unlock their restroom and has been sending their customer's up front to use the restrooms at the retail stores. On weekends our stores are inundated with marina customers trying to find a place to "go" I never turn anyone down, how could I when a mother with two small children all doing the pee pee dance need a place to "go" how could I turn them down? This is no way for the marina to treat their...
