Really enjoyed the ziplining and our two guilds were awesome. I did a Christmas weekend ziplining with my two sisters. The course had ten ziplines, three bridges and a V shape tightrope. I would say it took about an hour with the three of us. I was afraid of heights when I was younger, so I can understand some people may be a little nervous. One of my sisters exited off the ziplining after the 2nd line. There's at least two exits off the course. The 1st is right after the 2nd line and another is right before the bridges. I would say if you can make it pass the 2nd, the rest are about the same. The highest is around ninety feet, but it is on a slope and doesn't feel like it. You're secure by a safety chain the whole time. It loops around the rope and has a small opening to go around the hinges. I definitely felt secure during the course. The guilds we had were great (not only friendly, but safety focused and well trained) and took great care of us during the trip. I don't know how they get paid, but tipping is encouraged and I feel really earned. If you don't have cash, venmo code bars are at the front desk and at the end of the email survey there's...
Read moreThe views were amazing! We did the level 1 and 2 tours and both had kind and knowledgeable guides. The speed and length of zip lines were 8/10 but if you haven't zip lined before or have only done small zip lines, 10/10. I liked how there was more than zip lines, they had ladder bridges and rope bridges as well, so if you want to practice tighten rope walking, this is the place to give it a try! Weather means nothing to these brave and daring guides, they will even take you out in a tropical storm, as long as it's not lighting and it's safe enough. I enjoyed crossing the valley multiple times and not doing the same zipline twice! The only drawbacks was handbreaking instead of a mechanical break that I used at other places and space got tight at times when waiting to start the next zip line. Other than that I LOVED the place and got a great workout while...
Read moreOur zip guides Taylor and Cade were fantastic! Although it rained prior to us starting the course, it was hot, humid, and wet and they never not once complained or were affected by it. They were extremely helpful, genuine, great communicators, patient, and wanted us all to have fun. They made sure we were safe and even knocked off a few spiders from our path..lol. They got to know us and wished us the best when we left.
Unfortunately, we left without giving them a tip which we noticed when we initially signed in, but wasn’t mentioned afterwards so we completely forgot. I’d love to tip them both for their incredible service and hard work. Please have someone reach out to me about this.
Thank you both again, we’ll see you soon on...
