AAA supervisor brandy was extremely rude and less than helpful to de-escalate a very stressful situation and left me stranded. I did record the call if there’s any interest in how she handled this. However I did fill out a survey and did not receive any feedback from AAA. I’m really disappointed in the decline of customer service at AAA. They left me stranded and quite frankly didn’t care at all that they put me this situation by towing my car to a facility then refusing to tow my car again because of an inspection sticker. When their driver got here he looked at the battery and it said 2019!!! He said that the battery may have come from another car, he doesn’t know but it’s not under warrantee bc it has been 5 years.
