AAA Hackensack — Attraction in Hackensack

AAA supervisor brandy was extremely rude and less than helpful to de-escalate a very stressful situation and left me stranded. I did record the call if there’s any interest in how she handled this. However I did fill out a survey and did not receive any feedback from AAA. I’m really disappointed in the decline of customer service at AAA. They left me stranded and quite frankly didn’t care at all that they put me this situation by towing my car to a facility then refusing to tow my car again because of an inspection sticker. worst customer service ever!!! maybe it is because they know that travelers need their services but these people need to take courses on LISTENING and COMPREHENSION. they are not knowledgeable and since they don't listen to what people are saying, they struggle to find answers, keep you waiting for over 5 mins just to refer you to the website. when i wanted to confirm my request was understood and she was giving me the correct answers the CS rep hung up on me. i would recommend going to another branch these people...

I am absolutely LIVID!!! AAA changed my battery in September, 2021, I confirmed this on the phone with them when I made the call. When their driver got here he looked at the battery and it said 2019!!! He said that the battery may have come from another car, he doesn’t know but it’s not under warrantee bc it has been 5 years. NO IT HAS NOT!!! I was forced to buy another battery. I got completely ripped off and scammed by AAA and they SUCK! Do not trust their replacements and hold on to all...
