Exceptional service, knowledgeable, reliable, courteous, went above and beyond my expectations. I first emailed them asking if they carried a certain brand of furniture. Received a prompt response from Matt. Then Covid hit and Matt still managed to get me into the store on super short notice after explaining to him how my family’s sched was crazy at that point. The furniture I thought I liked online, didn’t like in person. Matt recommended a few other pieces after describing to him what exactly I was looking for in the furniture I wanted. Ended up really loving the king hickory sectional. It’s custom made so yes, you have to wait at least 8 weeks for it. Received it yesterday and have to say, worth the wait. I contacted Matt a few times changing my throw pillow patterns, he was great each time and changed them no problem. Then I thought I measured my sectional incorrectly and ordered too large in size. Contacted Matt again, he had to call king hickory, told me I could change size....Matt pretty much deserves a medal. Delivery was exceptional also. They came during the time frame we were given. They wore masks, gloves, shoe covers, were very professional. Also, My husband said the furniture was wrapped in plastic when they brought it into the house. Read moreI am very disappointed in their costumer service. When we went shopping for furniture last summer we weren’t planning on buying anything but the sales rep was great and we ended up spending a few thousand dollars on some furniture. He promised that our items would have a warranty attached. After a couple months I noticed the chair was broken and the couch cushion was sunken in (way too early for that to happen to a brand new expensive couch). We called and asked for someone to come take a look since it was under warranty. It took about a month or 2 and many phone calls to get the guy to come out to look at it. He said they would replace the items. This was back in January. It’s now August and we have made many phone calls asking when this will happen. They know who we are when we call and always give us an excuse and tell us someone will call us back (which they have not). We have heard so many different reasons as to why the items still haven’t been replaced. This is so disappointing because at the time of purchase we thought we made the right decision in this small local business. We even referred them to others. I’m sad to say after this experience I would not refer them...

We are extremely picky about our furniture, and felt like we would never find the perfect sectional. Upon walking into the store, we were greeted by Stephen, one of the sales managers. He was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. He even sat with us for about 20 minutes after the store closed to help us pick the perfect ottoman and fabrics. The store is huge and has a great selection. We could not believe all of the customization options available to us! Matt Jr. helped us finalize the order of our couch.
