First Impressions: We were welcomed into a beautiful, ranch-chic space—clean, open, and inviting. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for our meal. Appetizers: • The fried provolone was a standout—like mozzarella sticks but even better! Rich, buttery, and packed with flavor. • We shared the rigatoni with bell pepper sauce as an appetizer just to try it, and it did not disappoint—super flavorful and well-balanced. Entrées: • The Chicken Sage was fantastic—two perfectly grilled chicken breasts topped with a creamy sage sauce. The mashed potatoes and croquettes on the side were both incredible. • The Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and paired with spicy, flavorful potatoes. • The Pork Tenderloin was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. Drinks & Service: The espresso martinis were excellent, made with fresh espresso for that extra kick. Despite being a soft opening, the service was seamless—better than we could have expected! Overall, this is a wonderful family restaurant, and we can’t wait to come back to try more! *Recommend making a reservation

I got nervous at first because the hostess was lacking professionalism. And then the food and waiter was amazing. The waiter could work in any high end restaurant. Very attentive. Great suggestions and very knowledgeable about the menu items. The food was excellent. The chopped wedge salad had the perfect amount of blue cheese and dressing and the Smokey bacon was done perfectly. Then the octopus was outstanding and cooked perfectly. My husband said it was better than the octopus we had in Spain and we’ve never found any better since 2015. It cut like butter and will be one of our forever apps. I forgot the name but we also had the breaded provolone that was fried with a caper tomato sauce. The cheese was smoothly stretchy and not chewy. My husband had the filet and I had the Delmonico steak. They give you two sides and luckily not too large. They were small and perfect.

DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE. Let me start off by saying you want a new place in your area to do well, especially when there is a lot of hype around it. However, our experience was one of the worst we have ever had it when it comes to dining out. We made reservations for 7:30 and got there on time. We sat down and it was very busy for a Friday night and that's normal for restaurants. The first thing we noticed was how loud it was inside, there is no sound deadening at all for such a small place. Secondly there was a lot of people at the bar, however there was one woman standing around the bar area with no shoes on. She left her shoes by her chair and then proceeded to walk around bare foot, not only is this a health code violation but something I do NOT want 10 feet from where I'm about to eat. It took a while for our drinks to come and then finally by 8 we were able to order our appetizers and entrees. One appetizer was a salad and took 20 mins to come out, the salad was 6-7 pieces of lettuce and some cheese mixed in with maybe 4 small tomato slices. The other person in my party did not receive their appetizer AT ALL. 45 mins went by and we said something to the waitress to please go and check on the appetizer. 5 mins later she comes back with our DINNERS! the appetizer was completely forgotten about, I never received the pasta starter that was supposed to come before my meal as well. The entrees were supposed to come with two sides and neither of them did of course. I had two pieces of chicken in a sauce, the other person I was with took 3 bites of their fish and said it was overcooked. All in all in the end we were charged for two cocktails, a soda, one salad and two meals that did not even have the sides. A Total of $109 for that experience. We ordered uber eats from the table so it was there by the time we got home. Will never be returning.

Boutique style steak house in Hamden! 10 mins from downtown New Haven. Great, lively and trendy atmosphere in a newly remodeled and exquisitely decorated space. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. We made a reservation 24 hours in advanced for a group of 4 and table was ready for us upon arrival, I highly recommend making reservations. Dining options were traditional steak house items with an Italian flair that really elevated the experience. Great choice of wines and cocktails, We ended up going with a very good California red that was suggested when I asked for a bottle of house red. Their options of in house made desserts was the cherry on top of a great evening out. * Parking was a little bit difficult (Thursday evening) but the parking lot across the street saved the night.

Flawless from the first sip to the last bite. I’m still wondering how the hell was every single thing this good? From the drinks to dessert, everything was spot-on. The Manhattan was perfectly balanced. The garlic bread? Crispy, buttery, garlicky perfection. The apps and pasta sides were thoughtfully portioned—just enough to savor without feeling overstuffed. Then came the prime rib with bone marrow—rich, tender, and full of deep, bold flavor. And the desserts? The tres leches and crème brûlée were absolute showstoppers. Sweet, creamy, and the perfect finish to an amazing meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff were attentive and on point, and the entire evening flowed effortlessly. This place gets it right.

Went to Salvatore’s for the first time last night and had a great experience. We started with the Provoleta Salvatore and Chicken Satays both were delicious. For my main course, I had the Delmonico steak, which was cooked perfectly, accompanied by rigatoni that was nicely al dente. For sides, I went with the creamed corn and mashed potatoes, both of which were excellent. The service was also top-notch. I’ll definitely be back soon!
