Lees Nails — Attraction in Harrisburg

I stopped in Lee nails 12/9/23 around 3:30 as a walk-in. I haven’t been there since covid started. I wanted my eye brows waxed and a full-set! It was about 2 people in the shop at that time getting service, one was about done and the other person was just getting started!! The lady took me in and waxed my eye brows she was very rude she did not wax my brows right and also before my full-set she asked me to wash my hands. I sat in the chair and she proceeded to do my nails she kept wiping off her utensils like I had a disease, or as if I was dirty!! She proceeded to put gloves on in the mist of doing my nails. I don’t really know what all that was about, she started talking their language to Mr.Lee.I swear I’m a clean person so I don’t know why I was treated that way unless she thought I was someone else that she encountered that was rude to her in the passed. I tried to forget about the service but it stayed on my mind this why I’m writing this review. In between my eyebrows broke out the next day and my nails was not done properly due to her rudeness.. still trying to be kinds I gave her a 5 tip because my spirit wasn’t rude like hers.. I will NEVER go back there and I wish people of color stop supporting their businesses they really don’t like us but want to work in our communities!!!! Look at my nails they look like lil...

I went here because I've walked past this place for years and never went inside. I asked for an appointment and was given a good price. I tipped the technician and liked the nails. But just a few days after receiving services bubbles and cracks in the polish showed up. I have been getting my nails done for a long time and that has never happened, let alone just a week after receiving services. I called to say that there was a problem and the man on the phone was combative and told me I was probably too rough on my nails and that I needed a fill in sooner than most people. THEN said he would have to see them in order to fix them. I felt so attacked lol, I have never gotten that kind of disrespect from a nail salon and would not recommend this place.

So unsatisfied with my nails they have done today! I came in to get a French tip and was told the French I wanted cost more than 50! The French tip they gave me was bulky and uneven asf ! They told me I couldn’t get a refund nor get my tips smaller or that’s more to do ! I will never come here again . QUEEN NAILS DID A BETTER JOB on their worst days ! These are not French tips these are mid way tips that could’ve been painted all white ! No matter what size nails I get my tips shouldn’t be this big unless I ask !
