Action Audio Store LLC — Attraction in Hartford

Shadiest place I've ever dealt with! Performed a horrible job and refuse to take responsibility for their poor work. I live 45 minutes away and have driven here 4x... made an appointment to supposedly have entire job redone. In the end I got a bunch of excuses as to why they couldn't do it over. Bottom line, get ur windows done ANYWHERE BUT HERE. they don't keep their word. Sad shame we can't support local businesses.

If you want to spin that story I have ur text and the pics.. we know the truth no matter how u try to spin it. The proof is in the windows. Nikki you should be ashamed of yourself. Vacuuming, my roof, the age of my car none of that contributed to those "air bubbles "... how many times have you changed the story??? Did you say you would do the job over? Did you feed me a different story? Do you stand by the quality of the condition of my Windows? If this is Action Audios best I hate to see u at your worst. I've been very pleasant and patient w the situation. I hope the $149 Is worth your integrity. You got out of redoing the job I hope it's good...

alright let me start off by saying i liked their customer service! but they are not honest!!!!! i bought a brand new car, never been worked on before and no one has ever been inside the hood to do any form of work!! i went to this place and got a combo remote start+alarm system.it worked fine when they were done and took my car to my house! the next night i was coming from work and boom my car shut off on me a block away from my house, check engine light and everything came on my dashboard. i had to call a mechanic when he came and checked it out he realized that when action audio installed the systems in my car they didnt reconnect something that they removed to do their work and when i contacted them they totally denied it and didnt want to take responsibility for their action!!! i would never reccommend anyone to go there,staying the hell away from this...

After bring in three different cars. The last one was nothing but trash work. At that time the manager was out for some time. Left his son in charge not a good decision when I received after 5 hour wait my car windows were so dirty you couldn’t see! I let him know he offered a free detail. I left the windows closed for five days. After that I gave it a good cleaning and you could see smudges on the window the lines were not cut straight we’re all crooked there was a tiny hole in one and my back passenger when you would put the window down would make a noise. When I brought it back to them they said it was the thing inside my window whatever you call that long story short a month later it’s starts peeling. I finally go back today from my warranty and this is the great work that they did they gave me different colors Is this even 5% Never...
