Huge Festival grounds, plenty of parking, be prepared to walk. Their parking was very organized, long line from 3 routes to get in, two car lines for parking. Wooded area, mostly dirt and gravel paths. Plenty of flushing toilets, fairly clean, running water for hand washing, sinks are out doors. Best options for variety of food was in the back. Two Meditteranean options, Pizza, Turkey leggs in two different locations that I saw. Haggis, Burgers, Shepard Pie bowls and more. Mead, beers, Pepsi products, waters sold. Plenty of stages with fire breathing, sword swallowing, hosting, Knight fighting wrestling matches were fun. Fantasy weekend, lots of people, dress up. Awesome event, great venue, well organized. Lots of shopping options. First aid stations on both end of the park, they were helpful when I was stung by a bee, gave me a numbing wipe, they sell Benadryl at nearby gift shop just $2, they weren't allowed to administer meds understandably . They were great! Whole venue is a must visit.

I had a great time even though it decided to rain for the first time in about a month. A lot of food options, great booths, a lot of activities, and some incredible performances. It is always entertaining and it is one of the MOST welcoming and inclusive events one can attend. If you are against diversity, inclusion, and enjoyment, the Renaissance Faire might not be your scene but the all-inclusiveness is what makes it so enjoyable! It is a great escape from the real world and "adulting" and I recommend everyone experience it!

Had an amazing time on Labor Day. The shows were awesome and everyone was super friendly. So many people dressed up which made it even more fun. The food tasted delicious. We will definitely be back next year to explore even more.

Absolutely LOVE the Ohio Renaissance Festival! Great way to escape to another time/world. Great selection of food, drinks, vendors, shows, and music. There's something for everyone. They even have themed weekends for different things like vikings, pirates, and even sci-fi fans. Just be aware that it's only open on weekends and only basically September and October. Also prepare for traffic when you get close to the location if you are planning on arriving within the first few hours of opening and if you leave right when it closes, there will also be quite a bit of traffic. There are also a limited amount of tickets for each weekend which is a good thing because in years past, it was starting to get quite crowded. You can also pay for additional experiences within the park and there are some really nice options if you look through the website for those additional experiences. All in all, if you like dressing up, or even if you don't, and/or enjoy being transported to a different time and place, you will enjoy the Ohio Renaissance Festival. My only complaint would be that it's not open...
