NAPA Auto Parts - Buxton Auto & Marine Inc — Attraction in Hatteras Island

Our experience demonstrated the epitome of customer service!!! From the moment I walked in the door, I was made to feel like the most important person in the world. I needed a headlight to replace a broken one and this NAPA dealer really provided great customer service.

We were vacationing at the beach of Cape Hatteras. Woody ordered my replacement headlight, got it delivered the same day! After the store closed, he drove it to our campsite , brought his own tools and installed the replacement head light. He was engaging, friendly and was very helpful. We could not have imagined such awesome customer service from a dealer that will likely never see us again in our lives!

If there was a way to give more than five stars, I would award it. Woody has gone beyond normal customer service and helped me immensely. I arrived by boat on a Saturday night with an alternator problem. I called him on Sunday and he hooked me up with a new alternator by Monday afternoon. Woody even had his employee go to Wanchese and pick it up from the Cat dealer. He used his press to pull the pulley off the old one and install it on the new one. These folks are awesome! I went in and bought a bulb for my left brake light and asked if they would mind changing it for me. They did it without hesitation, I even offered the kind gentleman a few bucks for changing the bulb for me and he said "I am blessed. Just pay it forward" and I'm going to do just that. I highly recommend them both for their excellent customer service, fair prices and kindness. I plan to use their services again for all my autopart needs..
