Great selection but high prices, even for a local/small business. We have a toy store back home with similar selection and prices aren't nearly this high. Candy selection was great, still pricey but happy to support this over a larger chain. My wife bought three of the small chocolates up front for $13 only to find that all three taste like the store smells, which is not a positive. They're inedible. I would full-on avoid those. They aren't made locally either, so it's nothing special you're skipping. The next day I brought my 17 year old that had an equally enjoyable time. We got a variety of candy including delectable truffles. I am not happy, however, with having paid around $12 for 3 truffles out of the display case and all of them being inedible. There is a distinct old, musty smell and taste to the candies and if I remember correctly there was a sign saying candy sales were final, so they can’t be exchanged for other candies or anything - I have essentially just donated the money to the toy store.
