We stumbled upon this tea stand completely by chance on our drive from Hilo to the other side of the island, and it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our trip. Susan’s brother was running the shop that day, and he absolutely made my whole day with his kindness, stories, and passion for what they do. We sampled their black tea (which I usually need to sweeten, but this one was perfect on its own!) and I ordered a mango tea with hibiscus that was incredible — light, refreshing, and full of flavor. I couldn’t resist buying a little bit of their black tea to bring home. He showed us a short video of how Susan makes the tea — she seems amazing — and even gave us a tour of the area, pointing out the butterfly pea flowers and gifting us a Jamaican passion fruit. There’s a gorgeous stream next to their shop, and I honestly could have stayed there all day just talking with him and soaking in the scenery. If you’re anywhere near here, make sure to stop here. It’s more than just tea — it’s an experience filled with heart, beauty, and a lot of aloha.

Visiting this tea farm is a MUST whether you're just visiting the Big Island or if you live here. The owner is so friendly and so knowledgeable. They give great samples and love to teach about plants and Tea that grow here in the tropics. I learn something new every time I visit. They are located on the scenic route so it's a beautiful drive to get there. They are just around the curve from the botanical garden so it's easy access to other activities in the area... I bought all my Christmas gifts for mainlanders at this tea farm this year and it was a big hit. My current favorite is their butterfly pea - blue tea. it's beautiful to make and yummy to taste.

Stumbled across this beautiful Tea Farmstand while showing my family members why the big island is my favorite place to visit each year! The owner is very passionate about her craft and shared samples of her creations. The Macaron was my favorite as I love chocolate and coconut. We have picky eaters in our group who normally wouldn’t try matcha but the brownie was a hit amongst my group. I’d share a photo of our drinks and snacks but we devoured them too quickly… Mahalo for the friendly new experience my...
