It's not an overstatement to say CrossFit AllStar in Waimea has changed the lives of me and my family! Through KC and her team's coaching, support and the CrossFit framework, we are healthier, happier and enjoying life more every day. I've been a member of various gym's, taken yoga and other classes, and bought I don't know how many videos that eventually get used as coasters - nothing has been as effective and FUN as Crossfit AllStars!!! The high intensity, short, scale-able workouts are perfect for us and the community of people at CrossFit AllStar are encouraging and welcoming like I've never experienced in a fitness environment. I had the privilege of dropping in to CF AllStar for a week during a work trip and it was absolutely incredible. I got the chance to work with coaches KC, Tehani, and Kayah and each one of them exemplified what the CF coaching standard should be. They took time to check in with everyone, help with mechanics and technique, and motivate during the workouts. I learned so much from each of them during the warm up that I could take back home with me. Outside of the staff, the community is warm and welcoming. The New You program was hand’s down the best way to get started with Crossfit. KC and her team of coaches created an amazing community of women which was so supportive and was able to work with everyone regardless of their fitness level or familiarity with Crossfit.

For me personally, the New You program was a great way to kick-start a new habit of ongoing exercise and healthy eating that I have been able to consistently maintain for years.
