Waimea Cherry Blossom Heritage Festival — Local services in Hawaii

For the past three years this festival has never failed me. Local crafts, rummage sale, jewelry, food booths at church row. Waimea also has three farmers markets happening on Saturdays. Bus and shuttle services are a plus, and minimizes your time spent in traffic because it gets enormously hectic. The bus takes you to church row from the Parker Ranch Shopping Center and back. Shuttle services will take you to the Smart house and to the farmers market @ Pukalani stables. You do need to bring your patience and a good pair of walking shoes, however.
