We are from our of town but wanted to get our daughter a nice piece of jewelry for her birthday. We got a new cross pendant and a beautiful used chain. Later that day I noticed a tiny crack on the clasp. I called they had me bring it in and fixed it at no charge plus used more gold to reinforce any areas that could potentially become a problem in the future. Used jewelry is sold as is so they could have just said no. The jewelry is great and so are the people working there. I will definitely be coming back when visiting...

I live in Washington and called in for a special order I made recently and she immediately took my call as a priority and even though I did not need a call back today she made it a point to get back to me as soon as possible.
