Mauna Lahilahi Beach is about a quarter mile stretch of white sand, located in Makaha. It has picnic tables and patches of grass perfect for a picnic near the ocean. Here beachgoers can do a little pole fishing from the reef or the shore. On some days beachgoers can do a little body surfing, sand boarding, boogie boarding, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding. Convenient local businesses and shops located directly across the street from this beach are Longs Drug Store(Closes at 11 p.m.), 7-11 Store w/ gas station(Open 24 hrs.), O'Reilly Auto Parts Store, Ohana Market, Papa John's Pizzeria, Makaha Chop Suey, and a Shave Ice and board rental business just to name a few and all located along the C&C public transportation bus routes also known...
