The scenery is beautiful, with the lake in the foreground, and mountain ranges in the background. The beach area is fairly large, and so is the swimming section. There is a covered pavilion with 8 picnic tables, and 4 more picnic tables out under the trees. Unfortunately, the amenities are lacking. There are no grills, and only propane grills are allowed. There is NO source of clean drinking water, so make sure you bring your own. The outdoor showers require a small wrench to turn on, that the Snack Shack staff have, which you can use, but only when they're open.    Read moreAdaquet parking , two persons swing set looking over the water, normally has M, W, family restroom and concession but snacks were closed and everyone had to use one bathroom. There is a children's playground, covered seating pavilions. Clean sand , communal open rinse station, the water is rocky in some parts but otherwise did not need water shoes and had no problem walking and standing up in the ropped off area. The view is absolutely breathtaking!! Pano is an absolute must from in the water. Too small for the amount of people around. Frequently visited by creepy dads...
   Read moreVery nice FREE little beach that is very family friendly. (No pets allowed though) It has picnic tables, clean restrooms, and a very nice playground area. There are benches to sit and relax around the area as well. There are a lot of rocks as you enter the water on the left side of the beach so enter toward the middle of the beach and your feet will thank you. The view while swimming is beautiful!!
