Wine was ok, staff was very busy and impersonal, except for the owner Rick who bragged about his money. We did not get satisfaction for the mistake of his staff that did not package up our glasses and add them to my purchases. He was very rude and condescending. I would recommend avoiding his establishment due to the lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Here was his response to me. "You should have taken your glasses. This is the owner. Send me a $10 check and I will ship you two brand spanking new glasses. Sorry, I'm not in the shipping business. That is the only solution. Absolutely perfect place to enjoy Hayward! My wife and I were in town and we were just about to leave when my wife wanted to check out the wines on the way to the car. We stopped in and met the owners. Wonderful people! Ended up sitting at the bar for an hour+. Great selection of wine, wine slushies, and ciders. Their beer selection wasn’t that big but was top class stuff. Best of all was the owners though, wonderful guys. Made us feel like we were in their home.
