Cute little family run Mexican restaurant in downtown Hayward. Decided to try this place out when we saw the $30 worth of food for $15 deal on Yelp and were driving through town. This is an awesome deal!! You order your food and drinks at the counter and then there are lots of tables to sit at and they bring the food out to you. We had 2 fajita combos and a chips and guac for $15 with the current deal. You can choose between chicken, steak, or shrimp (extra charge) for the fajitas and they came with sauteed veggies, lettuce, guac, sour cream, rice, refried beans, cheese, and 4 corn or flour tortillas. 2 of us shared 1 of the fajita combos and it was plenty of food if you don't want any leftovers. The chips and guac were amazing. The chips came out fresh and warm and the guac was homeade with chunks of avocado in it. Would come back just for that! The food came out very fast and hot. They are also open for breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the waste we produced because it all came out on styrofoam plates, bowls, and plastic bottles and silverware. I would definitely stop here again on our way through Hayward though!

Great hot fresh Tacos! 4 stars cause dine in is in styrofoam… paper plates or even plastic but foam plates feel gross to me… The chips were fried to order! That was awesome, wierd that I couldn’t even take one right away. After the cooled a little though they were awesome. ChoriQueso was good. Very good with the fresh chips. The pork and pineapple tacos had great flavor. The pineapple worked very well and it was a great taco. The just pork tacos were also very good. The green salsa was their hot and great flavor but not too spicy. I love high heat, but I understand the market here. Def hit the spot for some good Tacos!

Thank you for providing safe gluten free options! It is difficult for our family to eat out in Hayward as we have one adult and one child with celiac disease. The only gluten items on the menu are flour tacos (I would also avoid the fryer if you have celiac), otherwise tacos can be made on corn tortillas. The sweet lady assured me she cooked my daughter’s chicken separately to make sure it was safe for her because she has celiac disease. Thank you for providing a vegetarian option too in the avocado/black bean tacos. Our family appreciates it and we will be back!

Sat outside with a large group towards the end of the day. They weren't super busy. They took out orders and got them out at a solid time considering the size of the order. No complaints for the large portions that were mostly exclaimed to be tasty burritos, tacos, and quesadillas. Definitely recommend almost any burrito on the menu, especially for how filling they were. There were solid food options for those with various food restrictions in the group.
