I had an issue with my PC and couldn't find the problem. My PC would turn on normally but would not fully load up Windows. I tried loading it up on safe mode and would encounter the same problem. Would just take me to the repair and recovery screen. No matter the option I chose, it would restart and will take me back to the recovery screen as if I never did anything. I thought my PC was doomed because I had important files in there. I took my PC to HazleTech and they have resolved the problem!
