I really like the food here but wait time is ridiculous always over 20 minutes of waiting. So I decided to try delivery I live 11 minutes away just no car at this time. after ordering my food at 12:40 was told 45 minuets which is normal..now 2:10 and still no food called place and got told we dont deliver to my location. REALLY i waited almost 2 hrs and never received a call or told when placing the order that they wouldnt deliver to me. Lack of respect and customer service to the customers. They could have called or anything woman told me she did call no she didnt my phone has been on me the whole time i am beyond mad that theu dont have communication skills let alone only speak spanish when i only speak english only have 1 person there that can speak to...

Five stars for everything! These are very nice people❤️ The food is sooo and delicious! the pork shoulder is juicy and so well seasoned “falls right off the bone” I think they seasoned the pig when it was baby so that it would grow up to be absolutely Devine! Not sure what everyone is talking about as far as the price, They have very fair prices rather cheap if you ask me but if your looking for some great Dominican food that can rival the nyc Cuchifritos this is the place! Space is small and could be a little more cleaner. Parking is tight during lunch hours. It is located in a corner intersection so hard to find parking. Majority of the people there only speak Spanish but you can just point to what you want. They will bring the food to the table for you after you order. Food is large portions. Hard to finished the whole thing. Usually cost me about $10 for a meal including drink. Food is so good. The people are really nice. I usually come here once a month and get extra to go since I'm out of town. I tried several other places in the area and nothing compared to La Isla. go get...
