Well after trying everything to explain to the owner that the chain they sent me is the wrong width even after I contacted Monaco themselves and showed her the emails she just said the email is fake and that they are wrong, I ordered a 13.5mm width chain and they sent me a 11.5mm one but the owner keeps saying that the one they sent me is a 13.5 yet the chain says 11.5 as you can see in the pictures I will post on here. She keeps saying that the lock is 13.5 but that’s in not how you measure the chain I will post the picture I got from Monaco on how you measure it and again when they ask me to send a picture of the chain I received they confirmed it’s a 11.5mm I would never do business with them again and if you do just make sure they don’t try to cheat you like they did me. Don't come here they are liars they sold me a chain as solid and it was hollow and she told me that she was going to leave the chain for a lesser price and she ended up charging me more and when I went to complain to her she said that it was the taxes that the company with which I had financed it charged. Then when I went to return the chain she told me that returns were not accepted and it was the same day I had gone to purchase the chain!! if you don't want to be scammed as I was here then don't buy anything here !! besides they are super expensive all the trinkets they sell!
