Sobyco Electric Supplies Inc — Attraction in Hialeah

I see a lot of good reviews here which is great for a small business in our area, but I guess I had bad luck today when I walked in with my dad who is 70+ to buy some supplies. Sales rep started treating my dad like if he was an ignorant, when he would ask or answer a question. I explained to him we were not GCs nor electricians and all we were doing was asking for his "expert" advice and help to what he became very rude. Perhaps he doesn't realized that when you don't help a customer or treat one without respect him/her may never came back and that will have an effect in revenue and eventually his salary.
