ALICE + OLIVIA — Attraction in Highland Park

I absolutely love the brand Alice and Olivia and have purchased so many items over the years. Previously, all my encounters with anyone who was employed by Alice and Olivia has been amazing. I recently purchased a top while in Charleston from the Dallas location, which was perfect since I live in Dallas I’ve recently became busy and forgot to pick it up. I had a horrible encounter over the phone with an employee named Alexis. She was rude and not helpful at all. She made it seem because I had left my top there “that it was a safety concern because she had never met me before”
