LoveShackFancy — Attraction in Highland Park

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my daughter and I received at your Love Shack Fancy store in Dallas on Saturday, August 3. During our visit, we encountered unprofessional behavior from two staff members: a tall brunette and an older woman. They were unfriendly and appeared to be rudely scrutinizing us, which made for an uncomfortable shopping experience.

Despite this, we proceeded with our purchase because my daughter was still interested in the items. I would like to commend the young blonde staff member who was kind and helpful, as her assistance was the only positive aspect of our visit.

I hope you will address this issue to ensure that all customers receive the courteous and respectful service they deserve.

Unprofessional, unwelcoming, and inconsiderate staff. My sister and I walked in and no one welcomed us in, we were given a dirty look before the staff proceeded to do whatever they were doing. Other customers came in after us and they were welcomed and offered assistance during their visit. I asked for a certain size of a dress that wasn’t on the floor and the girl seemed hesitant to help, so my sister and I left afterwards. Those girls drew away business. Mind you, we are officers in the military and probably wouldn’t have been treated as such, if we were in uniform. The staff cannot behave this way because they do not know who is going to walk through those doors. I am from out of town and where I live we do not have a love shack fancy. I was so excited to go and had fully planned on buying something. When I walked into the store I was not greeted nor was I welcomed. The girls were on their phones the entire time. I felt so uncomfortable and I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to try something on. I was very upset because while I was in there a lady walked in and apparently she was up to their standards and they greeted her by saying, “Hello welcome in can we help you with anything.” I felt so out of place and I immediately walked out.
