HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I found a baby bird that fell out of a tree. I’ve been doing my best, and trying to keep bird safe. I was recommended to contact Mary Krome sanctuary. A young lady picked the phone up and requested for me to send a photograph of the bird. I waited approximately five minutes to see if someone would text me, or call me back with negative results. It has been approximately two hours, and I still have not received a phone call back. Sad part is that they have an iPhone that shows the messages have been read. Again, I understand that times are tough and people get busy, but just a courteous I’ll call you back or I’ll have someone reach out to you would’ve been suffice.
