If I can give this place a negative star, I WOULD! TAKE PERCAUTION!!! I am a bride and told my bridesmaid to come get her dresses here because I was recommended. Honestly worst mistake we ever did, the dresses we order were nothing compared to the magazine or what we asked for. Also, BE CAREFUL! Once you put a deposit for the dress, there’s no turning back. EVEN IF SHE MADE THE DRESS THAT YOU DIDN’T ASK FOR OR SHE ADDED DETAILS WE DIDNT ASK FOR SHE WILL NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT! In our case of 7 dresses we ordered, she messed up on 4 dresses. One was not the color we asked for and according to her she put the color cause she thought that’s what looked good, and we told her WE DID NOT ASK FOR THAT! On another she added cheap sparkles, which clearly we wanted it to be a plain color. We told her we are not taking the dress and to keep our $170 down payment, she loudly said NO, and then told us we had to pay the rest and take it! Then we went to EXCHANGE one the dresses and she was forcing us to keep it and give us the one we were exchanging for at a certain discount. And by discount I mean the dress was $149 and she’ll give it to us for $120. We told her no and we wanted to exchange immediately. Then on the second Dress we wanted to exchange, she complained to us and said no. So we called the cops on her, which clearly they didn’t do anything to help even if she clearly has a sign that says EXCHANGE ONLY! We left the store, WE ARE NEVER RETURNING OR RECOMMENDING...

I would give this place 3 stars because they messed up order for my daughter prom dress. We had enough time for ordering and alterations but I wasn't informed in timely fashion show we had to go with another dress. Staff didn't apologize for the inconvenience and being that it was to late I stayed with them. The second dress was nice but we loved the first one. Anyway the second dress she made alterations and it was beautiful. But I wouldn't go back there. I trusted them because my daughter went there for her 8th grade prom so I thought 12th grade would be the same. They are...

I had never heard of this place and found it on Google when I first saw the place I was a bit hesitant but decided to be open minded. From the moment I walked in I was greeted immediately and was helped by Neidy, she was amazing, listened and gave me recommendations. I was able to find the perfect dress for my daughter's 15's. I was also impressed by the pricing and the fact that they tailored the dress to my liking. I ended up taking my husband to get a suit and was also a great price and great quality.
