First time coming here, the owner was super friendly. Decided to let them size a ring for me, it was time sensitive and Andrew promised it would be ready on Wednesday and they’d call to let me know that I could pick it up. It is now Friday late morning, never received a call!!! I called, they told me the ring was ready and I could pick it up... when I asked the person in the phone “I was promised the ring Wednesday, why wasn’t I called?” The employee on the phone said “it’s been done and ready, we just didn’t call you, you can come get it” What kind of response is that???? Been coming here for 15+ years. This family business of jewellers have been here for a few generations. They are super nice & friendly & trustworthy. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They came recommended & i have had the privilege to meet the 3 generations that have worked here. I'm moving out of the area & i will miss their friendly smiles & their wonderful service & i hope & pray i can find the same quality where i'm moving to (Ormond Beach). Glad to say I got to work with the owner on an engagement project I had planned. Prior to going to this store I went to others to pick out designs and stone type for the ring and either they don’t know what a moissanite is or they just don’t work with that type of gemstone which caused frustration.
