I recently visited Bury the Hatchet for the first time and had an absolute blast! Brian, our host, was an outstanding guide throughout the experience. His knowledge and advice on throwing techniques really enhanced our enjoyment of the activity.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was lively and exciting. It was clear that the staff at Bury the Hatchet knows how to create a fun and engaging environment. The venue itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for throwing axes.
Brian's expertise and passion for the sport shone through as he patiently guided us through the process, ensuring we understood the proper technique and safety precautions. He was attentive to our needs, answering all our questions and offering helpful tips to improve our accuracy.
What impressed me most about Brian was his ability to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. He had a great sense of humor and made everyone feel welcome, regardless of their experience level. His energy and enthusiasm elevated the entire experience and made it truly memorable.
I highly recommend Bury the Hatchet for anyone looking for an enjoyable and unique activity. Whether you're a first-timer or an experienced axe thrower, Brian and the team at Bury the Hatchet will ensure you have a fantastic time. I can't wait to return and try my hand at throwing again!

Read moreWe had our daughters 18th birthday party here with four of her friends and everyone had a great time. TJ from Bury the Hatchet was a great host and showed us how to safely throw the axes and hatchets. He helped fix one of the boards that pulled away from the wall during our one hour session.
TJ even offered to take pictures of our group with my phone. At the end of our session, TJ offered us to throw a full size axe against the wall. We all tried it and no one hit the wall. You have to get a running start with the axe. My daughter and her friends and my wife and I really enjoyed ourselves. Only two players can throw axes at a time.
I can tell you that it is harder than you think to throw axes and hatchet and have them stick in the wall. The axes and hatchets are very sharp and ve very careful. Please be prepared to sign a liability waiver electronically.
There is also cornhole, Foosball, darts, Billiards and a giant connect 4 you can play as well. You can also bring your own food and drink here as well.
We all had a great time and will do this again and highly...
Read moreWhen planning my wedding I really didn't want a stuffy dinner for a rehearsal dinner. I wanted a place where all of my out of town guests and our family and friends could let loose and have fun the night before our big day. My (now) husband and I love axe-throwing so we thought, "why not?" Since our venue was close to Horsham, we started planning and from the beginning, the staff was amazing. When we got there, they split us into groups and everyone had so much fun! I received compliments all night and I am still receiving compliments about how much fun this night was. It was a Thursday night and we ended up having the entire place to ourselves! Every single one of the axe-masters were funny and a joy to be around. I highly recommend this place - not only for an event but just for a fun night out with your family and friends. My favorite part was an axe mounted to a piece of wood that said "Congratulations" and everyone there signed it. It's a great memento...
