I strongly advise against trusting this business with any of your jewelry needs. I brought my engagement ring in for what should have been a routine resizing, only to receive it back in an utterly unacceptable condition. The ring was severely damaged, with visible cracks, discoloration, mismatched metals, and noticeable grind marks around the setting—damage that should never have occurred during a simple resize, as the setting should not have been touched at all.

Upon returning to the store to address these issues, at the request of Jack and his team, I was met with an alarming level of hostility and unprofessionalism. Jack not only denied the obvious damage, including the very visible crack, but also exhibited rude behavior, using derogatory language such as "chill lady," "get over yourself," and telling me to "get out." This response was not only disrespectful but also entirely uncalled for, especially considering the situation was a result of their own incompetence.
