Alterations By Rozi — Attraction in Howell

I went to Rozi to have my wedding dress altered for my wedding in October. The dress required a hem (satin skirt with multiple tulle layers underneath), a bustle, and we took in the bust and arms which were lace. During my first appointment Rozi pinned the dress for all of the alterations and also pinned my sister’s maid of honor dress at the same time. She was polite and professional the entire time. I came back for my second fitting and the hem was completed and looked great, the arms were a little tight so Rozi made some adjustments and said the dress should be completed by my next fitting. We were able to take home my sister’s dress and my mother’s dress during the second appointment and they looked perfect. My final fitting came and the dress looked perfect. My grandmother who has done lots of sewing and alterations work in the past came with me to my final appointment and said Rozi’s work looked fantastic, I agreed. Rozi showed us how to do the bustle and the buttons and then was able to tack on my bridal sash last minute before we left. All in all, I feel that the pricing was more than fair for all of my alterations plus steaming ($594.00) and completing all of the work between July 20 and September 19.

Rozi was always on time and delivered what she promised. She was professional, caring and did wonderful work. Rozi did a wonderful job with my dress, my sister’s dress, and my mother’s dress for my wedding. We will all recommend Rozi to friends and family and will go to her with all of our alteration needs...

A few friends pointed me in her direction and I'm SOOO HAPPY they did. She definitely knows what she's doing which is exactly what you want when it comes to your wedding dress. she altered my dress then we decided I needed to change the way the straps we're designed, the dress was not designed to be actually be worn comfortably. every time I moved, my chest was completely visible 😂 not exactly the look I wanted for my wedding day. I was so bummed and worried, but she made me feel so good about it. I was still bummed, I spent the next few weeks trying to trust her but still being sad about changing the dress. Today I picked up my dress and I could not be happier! I'm completely comfortable in it and it looks absolutely amazing. I love it more than the day I picked it out. it fits my body perfectly and she made it look amazing! Today we picked up my daughters dream wedding dress ! It did not start out that way as she picked out a dress that she "liked" but didn't "love"...she had a vision for how it could be. We took her dress to one seamstress that snaged the delicate lace and neglected doing anything for months. Decided to pull the dress and take to Alterations by Rozi who I had heard was good ....she's not good she is EXCELLENT in every way that a particular bride and mother of bride needs. Besides normal fittings, my daughter had gotten sick and had to have her gallbladder removed and lost so much weight. After Rozi patiently made 3 dress alterations, remade new straps and basically was a fairy godmother with a magical needle here we are a full month ahead of the wedding with the "Dream"dress.
