Overhyped. My family drove 2 hours to try this bakery out because we've heard and seen such fantastic things. We were super optimistic at first. The bakery is pretty on the inside but extremely small. 2 dozen people waiting in a very small room to receive their order. There's no flow at all and people kept bumping into each other and kept having to move out of the way repeatedly. The service was fine. Nothing over the top but they weren't mean or anything. The food is where I'm a little blown away. I ordered one of their famous shakes which was okay. Nothing special other than the way it looks before you start eating it. None of what goes on top of the shake is homemade. It's all processed candy and oreo cookies. Nothing homemade about it. I ordered a millionaire bar and split it between my family of 6. Not one of us liked it. The caramel tastes like melted processed caramel candies instead of real homemade caramel. It was terrible and if 4 little kids also won't eat it...that's crazy. We also ordered two of the brussel sprout bacon pitas. These severely lacked flavor. There was barely any toppings and no flavor to speak of. It tasted like un seasoned brussel sprouts on baked bread. At $8 a piece I'd have expected some salt and pepper at the very least. We also ordered a cannoli and were not impressed. I did order a molasses cookie which was decently soft but could have been bigger for the price but it was soft and okay in taste. Could use more molasses flavor.
There is also a lot of sneaky maketing designed to get the customer to buy more. Nothing in the case has a price on it and the shakes also don't have a price listed. If people saw their insane prices prior to purchasing, they'd be less likely to purchase more or at all. Overall I wouldn't recommend this bakery and we will never return. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed that a bakery with name recognition such as theirs is cutting so...

I ordered my sonâs second birthday cake from here and it was an extremely difficult, frustrating, and the cake was burt. It was not what I would have expected from a professional well known bakery. They delivered it to the completely wrong address when they knew I was home waiting for them to deliver it. Left it open and outside and had me go and get it. Thank goodness I was on it that day or I would have never received my already paid for cake. When on the phone with them throughout this entire process of retrieving my cake they proceeded to get an attitude with me and asked if they should just come pick up the cake and give me a full refund. When I asked for the delivery fee to be refunded they did it but laughed me and were rude. Just an overall terrible experience.
Update: I decided to give them another chance & ordered my 30th birthday cake from them. Attached below is the cake I requested and then the cake I received. The cake itself was beautiful but the handwriting that says thirty looks nothing like what I had ordered. It placed it in all squeezed together in the middle of the cake with each letter touching one another instead of writing it across the cake. I went on their website and no other writing looks like the writing I received. Itâs way too thick and close together you canât even really read it. It looks like someone wrote it with the gels that you can buy at the grocery store and the handwriting is terrible and not something I would have expected to receive from a professional baker especially for $150. The cake itself is beyond beautiful with outstanding detail but the hand writing black blob just...
Read moreCompletely disappointing experience - avoid this bakery for online orders and be cautious spending on a lot of items in person.
I ordered a huge variety of items wanting to support this business and try all of the treats since the pictures online looked yummy, unfortunately they were anything but though. The cake pops that I received were not only stale but also moldy, making them completely inedible. The lemonade was gross and excessively sweet, to the point where it was practically undrinkable. The only decent one was the State Fair, and at that point save your money and go buy some lemons and sugar. The assortment of cookies I purchased were all a complete letdown. They arrived crumbly, falling apart, and lacked any sort of flavor. It was clear that little care went into the baking process and that they are cheaply made. The edible cookie doughs were poorly mixed, oily, and tasted bland. Additionally, the rice crispy treat packages were not even fully sealed, which raises concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards.
The prices charged by this bakery are quite high, which would be justifiable if the quality matched the cost. However, in this case, the items were far from satisfactory.
Overall, my experience with this bakery was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise against ordering from them, especially for online shipping. The lack of quality control and attention to detail is evident in every aspect of their products. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your sweet treats or just go buy some from a toddler- they would be...
