Dairy Queen (Treat) — Attraction in Huntington Beach

It was April 11 there is a special that day only for free ice cream advertised and I went in there to get the advertise deal and they said we don’t have it but I could see it on the shelf and I saw the other people got it so I’m very disappointed as far as I’m concerned they lied to me so they wouldn’t have to give me the deal because for some reason, I think that because I’m a older white male, I’m not too happy about it and then another customer went in there after I did and got The special pup cup for free like it shows in the picture very unhappy with the way I was treated and the Don’t honor their one day coupons on...

I stopped in 20 min before closing and they said they weren’t making any more blizzards or shakes because it was too close to their closing time. This was the first time this has happened (I used to visit often) so not sure if it’s a new policy or the workers just decided to close up early. Just FYI for anyone that is looking up their hours and thinking about visiting… think again. I’m also deleting a star for the rude and unhelpful workers that were on staff this evening. I won’t be coming back...

This branch has the worst service I've ever seen. Their managers throw you out in the middle of a treat during a wind storm. Why? Because the workers said they had no in store dining. It was the most rude, and aggressive way of asking. I can't wait to find out who the owner of this store is.
