Horrible lottery practices here and Harbour. I buy lottery and liquor from one or both EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!, but you won't see me again. Why?? Because you'll sell me lotto anytime of the day, but you don't fund enough to pay lotto winnings and tell your regular customer MAYBE COME BACK LATER? I called the lotto commission and although it's legal for them to press a button that say I don't have enough to pay, they agree it's bad business practice.
