Jump around, jump around, jump up and get down!
Love this place and was here recently for a birthday party. We were there early for a birthday party in the morning and had about 2 hours for jumping and an hour for the party room. So time wise, it was just enough to tire everyone out.
As for the apparatuses, they had basketball on the right, open in the middle, some obstacle courses like tight rope and foam pits in the left and a secluded section on the left.
What I didn't like here was that half way into our jumping session with mostly kids, there were teenage boys that decided to take the whole lane in the middle since they were trying to also jump over the large seating area. Though they never jumped over a kid nor did these kids ever told our kids to be out of the way, I just found it odd having these older kids here at the same time as having younger kids. I guess that's just how it works when you have a public tram park.
Other tidbits that wasn't enjoyable was the Ipads in the lobby not working correctly when we were going over the waivers. I did wish it was just a paper and I just signed it, it would've been WAY quicker!
Also if you're not a fan of taking your socks off, you won't like it here. I have to say, this place looks clean enough so I wasn't too worried.
There are lockers to rent for I think $2 but if you just come and put your stuff inside the cubby in the open, its free.
Jumping here does really work your quads. I know because I ran 8 miles the same day and I came here after. I could barely walk out of bed the next day.
By the foam pit they have that semi ninja warrior area with rings, and rope, and these narrow grip climb. I will conquer you one day! I just hope I get invited back soon so I can...
Read moreMy wife and I had our sons 7th Birthday Party at Get Air Trampoline Park on 5/30/21 in Huntington Beach. It was great, the staff was great and very accommodating with everything. I had the 30 persons, 3hr party which was expensive but in the end was well worth the price. We weren't expecting everyone we gave an invite to to show, but everyone did which made the party very large and the staff accommodated it with no complaints. The only part I didn't like was the Mask policy was still in place but that wasn't the staffs fault and the pizza order got messed up. We ordered 5 cheese and 5 pepperoni pizzas and received 10 meat lovers pizzas. It's hard to get 30 kids to eat meat lovers pizzas but the parents picked off the toppings their kids didn't like and we worked through it. I think that mistake was on Domino's end, not the staffs end. I'm very apppreciative of the young African-American woman, and the short Latino guy (sorry, can't remember their names). I came in fruderstrated and flustered because we were running behind and I gave them a bit of attitude and she/he remained professional and still very helpful. If that were me, I'd be telling the person to F off!! I recommend this place for any party! The kids had a blast and I had lots of compliments from parents. The 3 hours flew by it was that much fun! Again, thank you staff of Get Air!
And to parents whom are going to leave complaints about others not wearing a mask in this place, those people should stay home and jump on their sofas!! People jumping around causes people to sweat and breathe hard so naturally it's in a person's natural instinct to remove an obstacle from their face when it's...
Read moreTerrible business practices. I called Saturday morning shortly after opening at 10am. I asked if we needed to purchase tickets in advance, for a particular time slot, etc. I was informed it was 1st come 1st served, there currently was no line, that the busy time was late afternoon and I should have a short wait if we came in the morning hours. We arrived about an hour later, tickets and waiver purchased and filled out in advance. There was only one group of 4 ahead of us. As time ticks by, folks from various birthday parties are coming and going from the venue, but no word from management on wait times. After close to an hour and a half of waiting patiently with no word from the company, I sneak inside (they had front door locked due to capacity). The guy at the front desk tells me they are booked with parties every 30 minutes and already over capacity as it is and there's no chance of us getting in. Are you kidding me?!? I don't care that you were booked...in fact good for you during these trying times. I'm upset that my time with my daughter was wasted waiting at their direction, and they didn't have the decency and common courtesy to inform their waiting patrons outside when they knew damn well they were over capacity. That's just bad business practice. I like to support my local businesses, but not when they don't appreciate the patronage of the people that keep their lights on. Covid is not an excuse for lack of...
