Wow! Our contractor recommended this location for our quest to find fixtures for a bathroom remodel. I was very skeptical, knowing it was owned by Best Buy, which I will not patronize. But I went because I trust our contractor, and am still so tickled that I did! They have a wide variety of brands and styles that far surpasses every big box store. Not just for fixtures, but appliances for the whole house. Toilets, too! And knobs, pulls, etc., that will coordinate. What made the experience exceptional was Josh. He took the time to educate me on the pros and cons of various finishes. We had decided on black fixtures until he told me about the difficulty of keeping them clean. And he gently opined that they wouldn’t look great with our choice of tile, anyway. I learned so much! As we talked, I mentioned some of the recommendations that our contractor had made (such as picking the fixtures before anything else because the plumbing fittings are among the first things that need to be done). Josh also showed me that the many styles shown in the store also come in multiple finishes: you don’t get that at The Home Depot or Lowe’s. Lisa, another expert employee, returned from lunch while I shared what our contractor had said and remarked that I have a great contractor who knows what he’s doing. That made me feel really good about our choice of contractors, and I at the end of my visit, I mentioned the contractor’s name and it turned out that Josh knew him (Tim of Trucor Construction) from having worked with other clients whose remodels he had done. We reviewed several styles and the functions of various options. I ended up making a choice and Josh printed all of the information in order for our contractor to get the supplies. I crossed off the remaining two places I had planned to visit. I will be going back to choose the toilet, too. And someday, the stuff we will need for a kitchen remodel. Josh was personable, honest, and vey willing to provide lots of info. So is Lisa! It made all of the difference in the world to make choices with the confidence of knowledge that comes from a professional versus trying to look online and take chances. Thank you...

Perceptive ..Knowledgable..Patient. Those 3 words describe Josh at Pacific Sales in Huntington Beach, CA. We met Josh while looking around the showroom & could not be more grateful. Josh shared with us, his vast knowledge of bathroom faucets, fixtures, & more. He had in depth knowledge about each product, the various finished coatings, where the various products were manufactured, how each would wear differently over time, and the feedback from past clients, regarding the differences they had experienced.. We could not have asked for a more knowledgable rep. to help us with our bathroom remodel. Josh patiently worked with us during our 2-3 visits, as we made our final bathroom fixture decisions. He carefully reviewed the cost differentials, the various promotions available, and explained the pros & cons of each. When we left the showroom, we were relaxed, happy, confident in our decisions, and had made a new friend. Then the magic continued! Our products arrived on time, the communication regarding the delivery details was clear & precise, and the items we had purchased were well packaged & delivered to the job site with care. We were impressed. But what transpired next blew us away! Sadly when we unwrapped our beautiful bathtub it had a small scratch, that was deep, and right at the very front, meaning, it was obvious and not going to buff out. Hesitantly we contacted Josh & to our surprise, he said, “No, problem. Please send me a photo of the scratch.” Ten minutes later, Josh informed us, that a truck would deliver a brand new bathtub, and pick up the scratched bathtub in the next 48 hours. WOW! I cannot write enough superlatives about the professionalism, extensive knowledge, and dedication I most recently experienced with the team in Huntington Beach. Specifically, Wendal and Lisa in the Plumbing dept and the store manager, Maria, all of whom have made it so easy for me to write this review. I’ve been purchasing plumbing fixtures here for the past 10 years for a reason: intel regarding all the various manufacturers and especially the finishes and how they’ll look shortly after and long after installation. And it goes without writing but I’ll do it anyway: their customer service is superb! It takes experience and a level of care for a craft to impart all the intel in a way that makes one feel comfortable and confident in their purchase. That’s been my experience with Wendal and Lisa since my first purchase all those yrs ago. Most recent, my wife and I remodeled our bathrooms. Wendal and Lisa, from the moment we first started to look at different plumbing fixtures, were incredibly helpful in every way imaginable: patient as we took our time toggling through different manufacturers and finishes, insightful in their suggestions, and extraordinarily knowledgeable about ALL of it. We couldn’t be happier or more confident in our purchases. And the fixtures are gorgeous! Are these folks busy?
