Slauson — Attraction in Huntington Park

Greatest view, yet horrible service. Esten the screens show notifications about delays, four example, the trains are running every 40 mins instead of every 20. I have been there for a good chunk of time, so 15 mins later i call intercom services to find out when the next train is... They Reply: that the train's due anytime within next 40 mins..i mean duh, really, i already knew that.. N they never know if the last train had passed, since it's been countless times that they would tell me it's coming but an hour later I'd just bounce realizing that there's no other trains.. other stations mess up here and there, but not like this, not ALL the time.. also countless times the Tourniquet tap-n-go stations are out of order as well as ticket booths. Yet plenty of time purchasing a ticket is not a problem but it just won't tap. So, as I'm late, i just go in, n tap the 1st chance i get, but with the new laws in place it may result in a ticket no mater how much money i...

Slauson station is one of the best spots you can use to get around Los Angeles area. The A line station goes Northbound to Azusa and Northbound to Union station. While it goes Southbound to Long Beach. They also have the time out there to let u know the trains are arriving from either direction. You can also use the map of the city to know which direction you want to go in Los Angeles. They also have an elevator or even an escalator to get up to the top. Everything is close by. Great hub station to utilize. I know now that this spot is okay to come by.

This is the platform for the blue line.. the surrounding area is bad.. no bus stop on the westbound side of slauson. The metro really screwed this one up.. however the new walkway and bike lane should take care of this issue. The area is a dump and alot of homeless people so be careful UPDATE I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THE METRO IS RUN BY INCOMPETENT INDIVIDUALS WHO DONT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THE WORD SAFETY ..HOW MANY MORE HAVE TO BE INJURED OR KILLED BEFORE...
