Rotary Park — Attraction in Huntington

The major negative I have to say is that the city of Huntington wasted taxpayer dollars by paving the park. Why, you ask, would that be bad? Because the parts they paved are wide enough for 2 cars to pass, but are chained off from road traffic! The only people I noticed walking around were the "frisbee golfers" (and not many of them). It is 100% handicap and disabled person "unfriendly". Citizens should be questioning City Council member 'why' and raising (you know what) with the Parks Board as to why this waste of time and...

Not quite sure about this place, as I have heard there are random meet ups there & even saw people parked along the side of the road just sitting in their cars. I was a pretty place to drive, other than that. Would not recommend hiking...
