If i could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a sectional from the "Mario" Collection in September, 2021.($3500) I received the sofa in November, 2021. I also purchased the 5 year extended warranty (Pure Promise/Uniters) as the sofa has mechanical parts and I wanted additional coverage. The store warranty is for 1 year. Barely 1.5 years into ownership, 2/3 power recliners began to not function properly. I made a claim with the warranty company in April, 2023. The Pure Promise/Uniters Warranty is a joke. At this time, they do not function at all and my living room sofa is unusable. One recliner is stuck open, one will still operate but the frame has degraded and it will not close completely. It is September, 2023 and I still have no resolution to my claim. I have a large sectional with two non-functioning recliners in my living space. The store will not assist you, I have spoken with them and they say they are unable to assist me as it will "invalidate" my warranty. I was also promised a return call from the store which I never received. I caution you to buy anything here, the quality of their products is not worth your hard earned money. If you dare purchase from here, do not waste money on the extended warranty. I thought I was buying additional protection and all they did was take my money. Imagine a huge, broken sofa in your living room that you can't afford to replace and...

I can not say enough good things about the quality of service I’ve received from everyone here. Not once, but twice within a matter of 3 months. If I could give 10 stars I would. Every single time.

My husband and I originally bought a couch back in late January from VCF that fit the apartment we were currently in. We loved this couch and absolutely loved the service we received. From the time we bought that couch to now, we found out we were expecting and needed to move into a home. We ultimately found out our couch we bought did not fit into our new home, and we needed to purchase a new one. However, with covid-19 shutdowns, we exceeded a bit past the normal time frame to exchange and were in a tough spot. Dan was so helpful and made this process so much easier than I could have ever imagined. More so, he made this process possible for us when any other place probably would not have. We were able to get our old couch restocked, and he helped us find the best fit for our new home. Being a young couple with our first baby on the way, he wanted to help us out the most he possibly could. Dan exceeded any and all expectations, and I really can not thank him and his team enough for the service they were able to give us. We walk in expecting 20 salesmen in our face and it was by far from that. We walk in and we begin looking for sectional sofas and it was about 5 mins before a WONDERFUL & FUNNY salesmen "Speedy". He introduced himself as a salesmen and then told us not to worry he wasn't going to sell us anything! We looked around and you would think he'd be hoovering around in the distance and wrong again. We finally feel in love with a beautiful sectional but no salesman around, so I went to the front of the store and who did I find "SPEEDY"!! He knew and answered every question about the sectional we answered and was very impressed how he knew what he did about the product. He then had to break the news about how long it's on backorder as well as the store was only getting ONE and you can tell he was slightly embarrassed and disappointed and if we wanted it we had to buy it right then but its not long of a wait we only have til August 17!! We got the paperwork started to purchase the sectional and (I can see how he earned that name) "SPEEDY" had all the paperwork done in no time!! Our whole experience took one hour and a half...because I was expecting several hours there. If you're going to be looking for any furniture anytime soon PLEASE stop in VALUE CITY and ask for...
