Very nice park, lots of things to entertain the kids.My daughter & I tried everything here..lol I was very pleased to see a wheelchair swing! So awesome because ALL kids should be able to enjoy the park. There was also a double swing, I think its if you have a smaller child & a bigger child you can push them both on 1 swing with them in their own safe seats. But it worked for me & my daughter to swing on. There's also covered picnic area, snack bar & water park. However the water park & snack area wasn't opened when we visited. They also have a cool real train you can tour but it was closed too. Real trains go by very close to this park & its very loud! I noticed a child who was holding his ears as the train went by blowing its horn over and over! It was very loud!! But over all nice park. Except all the stink bugs I had to get off the slides so my daughter would go down them. Pros: a lot of different equipment to enjoy. Wheelchair swing Water park Snack bar Shady areas to eat Real train to tour but its closed :( Walking trails Near fishing pond Cons: Needs some fixing up Tons of stink bugs Train tour closed Beware of loud real trains coming by if you have kids...
Read moreIt's a perfect little spot to spent a Saturday! There are several different play grounds with equipment for kids of all ages and some specialized equipment for kids with disabilities. It has basket ball courts, baseball fields, a walking trail, volleyball nets, and large field that we used to teach our son to ride his 'big kid' bike. The splash park is a fun attraction and they sell water guns and little toys at the concession stand for even more fun. There are several picnic shelters and a barn that can be used for gatherings or just a picnic on a pretty day. The resivoir is stocked yearly and kept clean so fishing is always a fun way to spend some family time. We have made many good memories here and will make more in the...
Read moreI love this park. I take my dog almost every day for a walk on the trail there. It's always clean. The playgrounds are in beautiful shape. There are several basketball courts and baseball fields as well as perfectly kept shelter.houses and picnic tables. The bathrooms are pretty amazing, too! During the summer, I always take my 6 yr old grandson to the wonderful little water park there. As an autistic child who runs, this area is completely enclosed, so I don't have to worry about him getting away from me and he can truly have fun without me hovering. Yeah, I love...
