Starbucks — Restaurant in West Virginia

Although you cannot bring your dogs inside the facility, Starbucks Teays Valley/Hurricane is still dog friendly. While getting my car serviced down the road one Saturday morning, I decided to stop by and grab a coffee before our 2 hour walk. The employees were very kind to take my order outside at the nice sitting area they provide. They provided excellent customer service to not only me but my two huskies as well. Nikki, the manager brought them two cups of whipped cream! So while I enjoyed a nice hot coffee, my huskies equally enjoyed their own morning treat! This Starbucks location is my daily stop(sometimes twice a day). Yes, I’m addicted to their matcha latte! ☺️ The service here is great! The employees are always so kind and welcoming. And my matcha is always consistently delicious!! Added note, my golden retriever has been having a lot of complications recently and has undergone two major emergency surgeries. We arrived at this location around 5:40, they close at 6. We saw two girls behind the counter when we pulled in, but they both ran to the back when they saw us. We walked up to the door, and it was locked. We stood outside for 5 minutes knocking, but they never came back out. We watched a few other people do the same thing.
