this makes me sad. I wanted to love this place. its two seconds from my house and I'm a busy mama of 4 toddlers, a busy lawyer, and i have a big new house to furnish which means i need framing services bad. the first time i went was during a tiny break with the kids. i triple checked the hours and location and then loaded up the car with my two heavy large pieces of art and drove around the corner. it was about 4:14PM. My nanny gets off at 5PM so i was in a bit of a hurry. Couldn't find parking nearby so i parked illegally and unloaded the heavy pieces & lugged them up to the door as fast as I could. aaaaaand the doors were locked. a sign said be back at 2:30pm. i knocked and nobody answered. i caught my breath and loaded up the car again and headed home. Fast forward to the next day. Needing to get these pieces out of my car i tried again. this time the woman said she needed 5 minutes to eat her food. i didn't have 5 minutes. She couldn't believe i didn't have 5 minutes to spare ( she clearly was not a mom) and then when i told her what happened the day before she told me that she had been there all day and I must be mistaken (or making it up? ). ill be going elsewhere for my framing needs from now on. Aint nobody got...

I have consulted a new framing company that does museum quality work so I should be good. I am sure this was just a mistake. For the price paid, I was hoping for something much better. At least I did give them a try and it does seem that most of their work is good so I don't take that...
Read moreI was looking for a frame shop that was local to Greenbelt area. Glad to have found Frame Savvy in Hyattsville. To me , framing is always expensive but It was a gift so I wanted it done right. I couldn’t afford the “ museum glass” which would be non glare but was very touched when I picked it up yesterday that Cheryl made a free upgrade to museum glass for my picture. She said she had an xtra piece and that made me very happy. I’m sure it would’ve looked good even without it but it really makes a difference Looks awesome Thank...
