Creative Saints Loft — Attraction in Hyattsville

I used this company for my graduation party, and both my mom and I absolutely loved the experience. Naturally, I was excited to work with them again for my engagement party. However, this time around, I faced consistent delays in communication. I called at least three times to move forward with securing a date, but I didn’t hear back.

When I finally got through, it sometimes felt like I was an inconvenience. On one occasion, I called back just five minutes later for clarification about the available date, and I received no response. It left me feeling unheard and slightly frustrated because we really wanted to lock in a day.

That said, I still believe they run an amazing business with certain parts that are great. I would genuinely love to see improvements in their communication and customer service. With a little more attentiveness to their clients, they could truly be exceptional. I hope they take this feedback into consideration...

Walking in here brings out so much creativity from inside of you! Because the space is so versatile yet artistically decorated, you get a sense of urban culture, art, and fashion. I’ve seen large scale events, concerts, fashion shows, music videos and vendor showcases to name a few held here. The photography studio (my second home) gives you a lot of options for professional headshots, lifestyle, product photography or even video work as you get options for the colored backdrop.

With so many different events going on every week, it is so cool to see how the Loft transforms and comes to life in many ways. The outdoor area is very cozy and attractive with enough room for a DJ, 360 Booth or any other extras you may need for an outdoor event. I cannot think of a better place in the DMV that allows with this many options. If you need an event space you have plenty of options in here because it is only limited by your imagination....

EDIT: JUST TO BE CLEAR YOU TAKE IN PERSON REQUEST OVER ONLINE REQUESTS IS WHAT YOURE SAYING? PLEASE GET OFF YOUR GOOGLE REVIEW PAGE SAYING YOURE SORRY FOR ME WHEN YOU WERE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL IN GIVING AWAY DATES THAT WERE REQUESTED PRIOR TO IN PERSON TOURS. IF THATS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS, THEN PLEASE STOP CALLING !

Unprofessional communication, if someone is reaching out and a date is not available because you allow people 24 hours to sign a contract then you should include that in your message about rates, set up and clean up... It is backwards to say you were excited to host our event and then reach out telling us there is a contract and our date is booked after telling us your rates and set up and clean up? We included the date in the form on your website the least you could have done is kept that in mind when reaching out to us. I hope others don't experience...
