Don’t go here, please just save yourself the time.. I paid $8.50 3 separate times to have important documents faxed here and the woman working there assured me multiple times she gave me the correct fax information. Come to find out she gave me the wrong fax number, made me waste $25 and 2 hours of my time. And not to mention she didn’t even look me in the eyes, apologize, or offer any sort of help the entire time I was there.. She literally watched me sit and wait for over a hour before I said anything and even then offered no help or even an apology… Didn’t even seem to care that she single-handedly wasted my time and my money. Warning: Avoid This Store for DHL Services

I recently visited this store to use DHL services, relying on positive reviews. However, my experience was disastrous. Despite paying a significant amount, my package was delayed, and the store's customer support was unhelpful.

The owner's initial friendly demeanor turned out to be deceiving. When issues arose, he became unresponsive and dishonest, citing fake emergencies while allegedly being on vacation in Nigeria. His lack of concern for the stress caused was appalling.

Do not trust the glowing reviews. If you need reliable DHL services, look elsewhere. This store's poor service and dishonesty will leave you frustrated and disappointed.

This place smells HORRIBLE. I don’t know if it’s mold or mildew, or a mixture of both. But the stench is absolutely repulsive and one of the main reasons I became disinterested in furthering any sort of business relationship with this establishment. It’s just not a very clean or well-kept environment, and is a bad first impression overall. Additionally, I discovered an administrative issue days later due to an error made by the sales associates which caused unnecessary delay. Nice girl but I’m not confident she knew what she was doing.

In short, I do not recommend postnet for any of your shipping and/or administrative needs. There are plenty of other reliable alternatives...
