So, with the state fair going on, we decided to go to Funland and what an awesome choice it was. When we arrived, there wasn't that many people there, and the rides were in full swing. We of course got the coupon pack and proceeded to let our little man ride on the airplanes first and then move to the little train.Our two older kids rode the Eli wheel since the octopus was down and then rode the carousel. This is when it got awesome, and Mark who runs Funland volunteered to take our and a half year old on the Eli wheel. Since it was his first time he had an absolute blast and we couldn't be more thankful for all the courtesy that we received today. Mark and his crew made us feel like VIPs!! The overall atmosphere,and the dedication that Mark showed so that we had an absolutely amazing time is why I'm giving Funland a five-star...
Read moreWent to Funland today after going to the Cinco de Mayo Celebration, with my wife, daughter, and a friend. We agreed that this place looks like it would be perfect for a early 80's late 70's B rated horror film. I would entitle it, "The Twisted Horror at Funland". The amusement park rides are older, such as a merry-go-round, a ferris wheel, miniture golf, a train ride that is slower than the slowest thing you could think of times ten. The funland is perfectly wooded with cabin-like buildings that would re-instate that scary B-Movie. They do have a little restaurant, with decent prices, as well as an arcade to keep you entertained while waiting...
Read moreHorrible place wish I never came, took my autistic son here and he was so excited . Paid 20.00 for the book pass so he could ride all the rides. Well one ride was down and I was like that sucks but oh well and my son ran to his first ride turns out you can be to big for rides here. There is no signs or post about that when u buy the tickets (rude). My son had a melt down, no refund , manager didn't seem to care at all. Staff yell at kids to put seatbelts on when they should be doing that specially if parent couldn't go with child. All in all he rode two rides and then that was it, drove all the way across town for that...
