Indiana Beach will FOREVER be my favorite theme park First of all, the decor and the theming is so good. Everything is clean and it gives you a good vibe especially on the boardwalk. The staff is very nice and respectful, and are very smart. The rides itself are very fun and very unique and rare. There are rides here that you will never find anywhere else. Sometimes they break down or need maintenance but that happens rarely. I only got stuck on one ride. I promise if you like coming here 24/7 then get a season pass. The food and shops were full of nice stuff to eat and nice and cool t shirts and very unique stuff. The deep fried Oreos were honestly the best. The stores have stuff like shirts, IB license plates, IB straws, IB glasses and so much more. The Den Of Lost Thieves is a very good dark ride with a bunch of pirates and things you can shoot and the sound effects were great. Sometimes things jump at you or go near you and everytime you shoot something, it moves. The cyclone was really good itself and a good coaster for people that don't really like roller coasters. Lost Coaster of Supserstition Mountain was my favorite. It's a roller coaster/dark ride kind of ride. It's really a coaster but it's super fun. There's theming like skeletons, bears, flashing lights, crystals, train honks, bodies, caves, animatronics, and so much more. There's an elevator lift so that's pretty cool The tracking itself is so fun. It shakes you around and there is so much airtime and stomach dropping feeling. You have to ride this at least once you have to experience it. Hoosier Hurricane And Cornball Express were okay, but Cornball Express is very underrated. The Hoosier hurricane is very rough but has good views. Triple Loop harness is very painful and the loops were pretty mid and not that great. Steel Hawg harness was not safe at all, but it was kinda cool. Tiger was EXTREMELY FUN. There is a bunch of drops and a lot of inversions. I loved this one so much. The Frankensteins castle has so many scares and unique things like illusions and animatronics and lights and so much more. There's a illusion where you get tipped over a balcony. Another one is the door room where all the doors are connected to the same room or dead ends. It's worth the 3.50 The sky ride is good for views and safe. The ferris wheel just sucked because it rocked back and forth and scared me personally. They have a carp feeding area and it's really cool because the carp look so unique and you can feed them and they go crazy! The flat rides were fun too. The bumber cars are very fun because you can drive like your in NASA I recommend parking in the back entrance because it's very cool because you can enter the park crossing the bridge and get some good views. And another good thing is.. FREE PARKING!! In the main entrance you have to pay 20$ parking but in the back entrance it's free parking. The mascots are really fun and a big fun place in Indiana. You can even buy the crow! They have cool stuff to do like a shooting gallery that works and a escape room and a history center that I recommend. The antique cars go under one of the coasters which is really cool. There's a train that goes around different parts of the park if you don't like to walk. The train gives good views and goes into the Frankensteins castle. Another good thing about the park is that they have rooms where it's just air-conditioning! It's such a good feeling and a bunch of air conditioning especially on a hot day. I recommend coming on a weekday because there's not much people so you don't have to wait in lines and it's less crowded. I recommend coming Tuesdays You can't bring drinks or food or medicine but that makes sense. You can rent cabins or houses or campgrounds if you wanna stay even! One bad thing about this park is the prices of the food. Let me just sum it all up... 4$ for a WATER BOTTLE So that's all really, I love Indiana Beach and it is a 10/10 theme park and I recommend coming here! The rides are also 100% safe and extremely rare for an...
Read moreMy family (3 kids and husband) stayed in the beach club lodging for 4 days/5 nights. I came to IB as a child however we would camp so the lodging was new to me. The lodging is right next to the park which was amazing because after an exhausting hot day on the rides we would just walk across the parking lot to our little 'house'. No weird smells, no bugs, everything worked fine. I do think it was a bit odd that we had to clean before checking out. I've never stayed in a condo/hotel where the customer was required to sweep and take out the trash. Additionally, during the check in process when given the keys to our room, we were not given anything else - just the keys. It would be nice if we were given a physical map of the park, the hours for the lodging pool, a phone number for the front desk and maybe a copy of the rules. I have stayed in many condos/hotels and this is customary in most places. Sometimes in the rooms there will also be a list of local places that will deliver food to your room. Finally, it would be nice if the attached lodging could have a privacy fence in the back yard between the 2 units.
The park itself was a wonderful time. I see some people complaining about the price, however I think $40 for a day is more than reasonable. It took my family almost the entire 4 days to get through the whole park. Between the rides, arcades, haunted house, ferry, train, beach, lazy river.. there was so much to choose from. We picked one day to be dedicated to the waterparks. The 2 big water slides were closed so we did the beach, splash pad and lazy river. The lazy river was clean and the water was sparkling. The beach was clean also. I do wish there could be a tad bit more shade, but it was fine. I'm not upset unlike other people that some rides were closed down. There were so many other rides to choose from it didn't even put a dent on our radar.
The employees were friendly and pleasant. Most of them are young (teens).
As for food within the park, Earl's Pizzeria was not for me. The dough was raw and the cheese was a little too thick and falling off the pizza. I would pull a slice out and all the toppings would slide right off. That is an indicator of too much oil being used in the dough. I would not recommend this place. I also do not recommend the soft pretzels. They were old and a little chewy. However, the little shack by the railroad tracks called 'The Tasty Escape' is AMAZING. Their philly cheesesteak was made fresh on the blackstone. 10/10 I plan on getting one of these at every IB visit it's that good! Also the deep fried oreos, funnel cake, and lemon shake ups are delicious.
All in all, we will be returning. We had a blast and my kids (ages 7, 4, and 7 months) did not want to leave. It was a great affordable trip and it makes me so happy taking my kids to a place that I loved as a child.
Thank you to the new owners for everything that you are doing. I see the improvements and I appreciate you all keeping this very unique and...

Firstly, I love Indiana Beach, and have for 2 seasons now. So much so that I got set up with a season pass when I visited today for the 2025 season. What I don't love, was going out of the park to for lunch at a local joint (they stamp your hand so you can get back in the park that same day) only to return to the northern premium parking lot and have the attendant double charge us another $20 just to get back into the lot after we'd already paid for admission and parking that day. I don't really think of my mom or my grandma as a Karen, but boy howdy I turned into one today. Clearly aggravated, I went to customer relations, and politely told the 4 lovely ladies working the desk that I'd like to file a complaint. Once I told them why I was there, all four of them seemed surprised and a little bit embarrassed that the lot was charging us a second time to park - even admitting they didn't know the park was doing that. I understand nobody there made this rule, so I did my best to be respectful today in calling out the issue - I spoke to the security supervisor, Holli, and had a pleasant conversation but unfortunately there was nothing she could do but encourage me to fill out a written report, which I did. She stated part of the double charge policy is to keep the lot from filling up when people go in and out a bunch - if that's the case, just tell me the lot filled up while I was out and I'll happily park at the next one over. But don't charge me twice for my place at the table. It's not even that much about the money - I find this policy tone deaf to common customer courtesy. That said, it wouldn't be fair of me to lay out a blemish on the park without highlighting the things they do right - overall, the season pass is an insanely good value, costing only $80 with pretty extensive perks such as six $20 discounted day tickets each month for friends/family instead of the usual $42 at the gate, even including 3 free 'bring a friend' days over the whole season. The bathrooms had multiple staff members cleaning them MULTIPLE times today, and the restrooms were impressively clean. I LOVE the pinball arcade, and it has some high end, newer tables I look for - I'd almost come here for that alone. The gentleman running the ski-ball bingo alley today was funny and easygoing, and made that gaming session a highlight of the trip for my group. Sure, people complain about the park's other issues such as some of the rides being down or the park having an older vibe, but to me that's all part of the charm. Let's call a spade a spade - if you need the extra $20, I'd be willing to pay double for a season pass in these tough economic times if the park were to tell me they needed it to stay open and I could chip in to keep Indiana beach here for Hoosiers to enjoy. That said, there are way better places to get an extra $20 from your customers.
