Good Nature Organic Lawn Care Indianapolis — Attraction in Indianapolis

Our lawn was originally sod from the development of our neighborhood, 20 years ago. Over time, it had become a patchwork of weeds, bare spots, and "grass". We didn't know what to do, or how much it should cost. Good Nature came out and analyzed our space and soil. The technician, Ed, told us exactly what we need and why. He explained what it would cost, and how long it would take for us to have the best looking lawn in our neighborhood. We started treatments in Aprilthe spring, at Ed's recommendation, and saw results in a couple of weeks. We knew to expect a few months of slow rebuilding, so it didn't surprise us that a plush new lawn didn't happen overnight. Then, Ed executed our seeding strategy at the end of August, and we started watering daily for a month. Half way through September, our lawn was literally declared the best looking lawn by the HOA. Our neighbors want to know what we did, and how much it cost. We even put up a little sign in the yard to brag about Good Nature. Thanks The things we really appreciated about Good Nature is the lack of chemicals they don't apply to accomplish great results. We'd rather have our lawn based on a healthy ecosystem and strong grass than dependent on repeated application of chemicals. Ed also airated our lawn to give existing gras and the new grass a place to put down roots. We really like the thorough knowledge of herbology and horticulture Ed displayed. He knew what grass needs, how it works, and how soil affects it. We were very confident that he would beable to make our lawn all it can be. And he did....

I'm not sure where to start with my praise for Good Nature. First, let's start with their personnel. Yesterday, Cameron came to perform my Spring application. He was great. Respectful of our lawn, efficient and courteous. He communicated before arriving and followed up with an email afterward. Next, it is the quality of the Good Nature service. Our lawn has never looked this good! It is gratifying to know that I am improving the look and quality of my lawn without using dangerous and harmful chemicals and pesticides. I know I am only one lawn out of thousands...likely millions; however, I am grateful that Good Nature has provided an OPTION that gives me a sense of doing my part to preserve our natural environment and use natural products. We just started a seasonal pre pay contract and our lawn looked lush and healthy and incredibly beautiful before starting. We had them out twice and after they did the first weed buster incredibly late they came out just 10 days after the first one and applied another, which left the lawn looking grey yellow and dead in several places. We spent hundreds of dollars to improve our lawn over five years and now I had to reseed it again, hoping it'll recover. They came out and did a soil booster since but we are worried how the lawn will look in the summer after they apply another round. We went ahead and cancelled our contract. They did respond very quickly and gave a full refund. They always did answer texts...
