Sadly I know the managers will do nothing about this and this place will continue to get worse until it is finally closed down. My family loves BWW we use to eat weekly at the one in Plainfield wonderful place. We've recently moved to Broad Ripple and decided to go to this one. We've gone multiple times every time gets worse. Tonight was the absolutely the worse. We literally stood at the door waiting to be sat with my husband holding our 4 month old for 20 minutes as people walked by staring at us and some just talking. We then get sat and wait 10 more minutes for the same person who sat us to come back and take our food and drink order. While taking our order two other servers came up messing with him (so unprofessional). It took another 10 minutes to get our drinks after ordering which the drinks were then flat so we had to ask for new ones which never came back so 17 minutes later asked the manager to get our drinks that we remade. She brought them back and guess what still flat!! My poor boys mouths were burning for drinks. My husband who ordered a beer to drink waited 30 minutes still no beer so he had to walk up to the bar and get his own beer and told the server he was doing that whch the server seemed to not mind and let gim go get his own beer. Which we then told the manager how we got our own on the way back. Food was cold (which why not everything else has gone horribly wrong) when it finally came out. Yes my husbands beer was comped off but still to wait as Long as we did for each step was horrible. Especially when you're not that busy and I see nothing but servers standing around joking. My family will never go to BWW again nor will we do our monthly to go's during football season. Tonight was the last straw. It's about time management actually does their job and whip this place into action. As we saw tonight the servers are in control! I know this place would do a 360 if I were in charge. Get it...
Read moreThis location is so terrible that it’s almost funny. My kids were craving buffalo wings so I said sure, let’s go corporate and hit BW3. We wanted to beat the Sunday football rush so we showed up around 1130 since the website said they open at 11. Other customers parked in the parking lot who clearly thought the same thing informed us that they just learned over the phone that they actually don’t open until noon. Even though everything online and in-person said 11. Oh well, it’s 2021, let’s be patient and have some grace. No big deal. So I go get a car wash, drive around, burn some time.
Come back at 12:05 and the same prospective customer is now beating on the front door. Still locked. And BW3 won’t answer the phones. I’m sitting back watching everything because she’s making sort of a spectacle. It’s just Buffalo wings, lady.
Some unlucky employee walks up to clock in for work and is met by the irate lady on the sidewalk. Apparently the computer system was down and nothing was working but none of the employees inside were willing to unlock the door to engage with customers.
And system outages happen. I get it. But the last time we were there a year or so ago their system was also down and we couldn’t use the gift card that we had. The only reason we were there was because we had this random gift card.
On a few occasions that we actually have been served there, the food is standard BW3. Not great, not terrible. But whatever is going on with their systems and/or management, is inexcusable. Usually the perk of going to a national chain is the predictability of visit. You lose some local flair but you get the same product and the same experience each time. This location can’t seem to figure...
Read moreI went to this location purchased two large traditional wings. My total came up to $58.00. I went home and the lid that was on the bucket was very fragile. Therefore when I went to open the box the bucket slipped out of my hand and all the wings fell on the ground. I called the one on Crawfordsville Rd to see if they would replace them and manager Kerry said no. Ok so I called the one I originally went to and asked manager Amber. She said I’d need a receipt and bring the wings back tonight. Well she found my receipt in her log but I live across town so I wanted to maybe come in another day with the wings to get them replaced because I just went ahead and ordered more closer to my house. After I told her I could not make it back over there because I don’t have a car she said well have a good night then hung up and now $70 later I would like you to know that is not customer service. I am a manager at SportClips on Keystone and I would go beyond the call of duty to satisfy my customers especially if I value them as a customer. I will never return to this location. I got the wrong chicken at chick fa lay on my salad and they replaced my entire salad a week later and didn’t even ask for the original one now that’s customer satisfaction. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s only chicken, not a television or fridge. So basically I just gave you all $30 for a donation I guess and she had no empathy to my situation. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service I will never forget the EXPERIENCE at Buffalo Wild Wing in Glendale on 62nd St.. A little advice get better lids for your...
