Harrison Point Apartments — Attraction in Indianapolis

1.) I don't like that they don't call ahead of time when they have to do maintenance they don't ask when it's best for you during the day they just walk in.. even though I made the ticket for them to come fix something in my apartment I like my privacy so I like knowing when they're coming to come fix what needs to be fixed, one time I wasn't decently clothed and they just opened my door they need to make appointments with their tenants I reported it to the office but I don't think they did anything about it ..but really they need to let the tenants know ahead of time what's a simple phone call ? Im I right ...smh ..that way ppl are expecting them I'm not comfortable with strangers /people just being in my apartment when I'm not home.

2.)They are never available to answer your their office phones I leave messages and I don't get a call back that same day or any other day ..I have to personally walk in and speak to them in person it's such a inconvenience especially because I have children having to drive or walk over with my kids all the way to the office just to let them know what I need from them.. they don't make it easy for the tenant to contact them and yes it's a problem.

3.)I'm guessing I'm in an older unit but the paint on my walls are just coming right off the silver like the faucet in my kitchen and the sink in the bathroom in my apartment is really old it wasn't replaced when I moved in the silver shiny part was scraped off by the previous tenant I'm guessing while they tried to clean it idk ...the tub got really dingy after a couple months after I moved in because it has I am guessing wall paint and it doesn't properly have the paint for a tub because the tub wasn't glossy at all when I moved in ...so I can't clean it properly I end up just scraping the paint right off.. in my unit there isn't a lot of storage place so if you're coming from a big apartment to a smaller size apartment like these.. you're going to have a lot of things that aren't going to be stored away properly like you would an apartment that has a lot of closets and storage space so you might have to rent a storage unit.

4.) on the upside no one messes with your cars I haven't had a break in, in my apartment since I've been here I don't know of any other incidents neighbors keeps to themselves there is a playground for the kids swings, slides the trash area is always clean the trash is always being picked up on Mondays they clean & salt the the sidewalks But the parking area /street in the snow they don't salt it so you tend to slip driving or walking in the parking areas. the office staff is nice...

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Corporate won’t even answer your calls or emails (so who are you supposed to rely on???) I stayed here for a year, my lease ended September 2021, and I did not renew for many reasons. I waited a month for my deposit to come and it never came. I called the office and they constantly turned me away telling me “it would come”. Never did. I kept calling to get updates on my deposit and just get turned away. I was told my deposit was sent out mid- October, but when I had called they kept telling me “it would get sent out soon??” I called again then was told “probably lost in mail”. I kept pushing and was told corporate would sent out a new check, I kept trying to get updates to avoid any misunderstandings, and was told my check would take from 30-60 days to arrive??!! We are now in the month of December and I haven’t had a clear response. It’s absolutely ridiculous I have to be asking and asking about my deposit. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! And I am still waiting for a manager or corporate...

Horrible place my parents have been here for 5 years and it was good at first ,after about 2 years things started going left.maintenance takes forever or pick and chose who they want to come to. ROACHES have started to appear because of a lot of new movers and loud all the time because everybody door is facing each other they come and spray SOMETIMES when they feel like it and the bugs still appear. Apartments are also small and way to expensive for the quality !!!also don’t get me started office staff has always looked at you like something is wrong they never have a smile on their face and when u walk in they look irritated new management and the old management. Also parking is a huge issue here i feel like if i live Here i should be able to park your name has to be on the lease as the main lease holder not even consigner can park u have to go way in the back of u...
