Pizza and Chicken Express — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I ordered my food online. This was my first time ordering from this establishment. My order was incorrect, {part of it was not delivered.} The delivery guy delivered my pizza with the box lifted up on one corner of the box. My Supreme pizza was not Supreme! The ingredients were definitely not freshly made. It was dry. It was barely warm at best. I called the store to express my feelings. They seemed very unemphatic about my concerns. MY ORDER WAS $37 PLUS CHANGE‼️ This is my First time ever posting any review about any business, because I like to see businesses thrive in these times where so many businesses are closing. I was so excited to order from them, due to the variety of their menu selection. but was regrettably very disappointed! I read the reviews and my first item was the meat lovers Calzone i added supreme toppings and it was so amazing. I love the tenders with fries. But my fave is those candy grapes. Omg those lil amazing, pop-able burst of amazingness are something you didn't know you needed in your life till you had it. Its like a bite size Candy apple and they will always be added to what ever I purchase. The food is on time I've never had to wait. Every time i get my food the workers are smiling and happy to give you the food they made for you. When you receive service with a true, genuine smile you know for a fact your food is going to be amazing and my food has always been amazing. Placed an online order at 1210 with an eta pick up time of 1225. Arrived at the restaurant at the specified time only to be informed it would still be 15 minutes. 15 minutes goes by and that's when the employee actually started making my food. Multiple people that ordered after me got their food first. The service is terrible and I won't be going back.
