Staff always seems lazy, they either look like they don’t want to be there and if they do help they’re not nice or kind about it. Not really good service wise, wish they were more helpful and friendly. They also once told me I needed to fix something for FAFSA but that wasn’t the problem, so some of them don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve received 2 different advices from 2 different people so how do I know...
